Similar to last year (see below) starting on Sunday March 8th at 8pm in North County again. A big turnout is required again this year if we are to achive this years goals of first and second team promotion

Indoor Nets 2008

In preparation for the 2008 season we have indoor nets at North County Cricket Club every Sunday evening 6:30 to 8:00 . The club would like to encourage new and existing senior players to avail of this great opportunity to achive a good start to the coming season. Coach Ray Daly is on hand to help all players improve batting and bowling skills. So far the turnout has been good and already players are showing great signs of improvement.

To take advantage of the session it would be a great benefit to all if everybody turns up on time with gear already on and the body steeeeeeeeched. This will help give everybody more time in the nets.

The bowling machine is also available with guidence from Michael O'Herlihy.

We are very lucky to have the oppertunity to use this facility and the expert knowledge of both Ray and Michael. Everyone should make an effort to prepare properly for the 2008 season. The development of the ground which is going really well should be an insperation to all players.

There is no doubt that this is going to be one of the most important seasons in the clubs history. The hard work and dedication from past and present club personal deserves to be honored with a great season. We should not forget our goal of senior cricket in the not too distant future and it starts now!!!
